320 square meters on about 1050 square meters of stand.

A child, outside catering, dog and cat paradise, large trees all indigenous including a rare Yellow wood and a fever tree.

The proximity of about any facility thinkable plus the schools make it a paradise for a family with growing children.   

        

Our frequent blocking off of the street for the friendly neighbours lighting the festive fires.
